Responsible for the development of new business accounts for which increased revenues/profits will be realized, while upholding the mission and values of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines goals for new business development
- Demonstrate senior level business acumen
- Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market/new business opportunities
- Initiates and manages effective relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis
- Manages multiple new business prospect engagements
- Works collaboratively with New Business and other teams on RFP’s, meetings, presentations, etc
- Evaluates market research and adjusts new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Develops and maintains prospect database
- Prepares new business activity reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing new business accounts required
- Advertising / Design agency experience required

Business Development Executive
Overall, to coordinate all new business activity, participating wherever appropriate on the planning, implementing and follow-up of such activity.

Account Executive
The Account Executive provides support to the account team and reports to a Senior Account lead or Account Director. This position is responsible for day-to-day account management and supporting the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tactical activities and planning on specific projects
- Develop internal briefing documents for specified projects
- Manage day-to-day project execution through creative, studio and production
- Participate in the creative development of projects
- Review all creative/production material at every stage
- Attend all status meetings and handles some client interaction
- Build professional relationships with clients
- Monitor schedules and advise project team of any delays or changes
- Act as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence
- Responsible for contact / call reports, status reports, budget management and any other client administrative support as required
- Responsible for agency and client budget management
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of agency experience
- Driven, energetic and goal-oriented
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines

Graphic Designer
A solid eye for typography, composition and color, ability to both handle smaller tasks as well as larger projects, and proficient in the “big 3” (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a range of print and interactive projects including posters, advertisements, direct mail, corporate identity pieces, landing pages design, email blasts and web graphics
- Follow creative work through from concept to pre-press and production
- Interact with internal clients; work closely with marketing, product and production teams to develop and implement design solutions
- Manage own project workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals and assignments as needed
- Juggle various projects and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agency-like environment
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
- Exceptional portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color and layout skills; superior typographical skills an absolute must
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong concept development and problem-solving skills
- Pre-press/production experience
- Highly organized and dependable; able to multitask, work quickly and meet multiple deadlines
- Detail-oriented, resourceful and excellent follow-through
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative and sales teams
- Professional work ethic and a team player

DTP Artist
The DTP Artist works closely with the Account and Sales department under tight schedules while maintaining a sense of priority with regard to the client brief.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaises with clients and suppliers on orders
- Creates graphics design and artwork layout to the agency’s high standard
- Strives for accuracy whilst working to conflicting deadlines
- Provides continuity of style and technique across client campaigns
- Going beyond teamwork by teaching others, valuing constructive criticism and input of others
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within advertising or design
- Experience using Adobe Software, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign and able to prepare Final Artwork
- Regional and global brand experience preferred
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
